RxSaveZ is not responsible for any medical decisions or treatments you choose to pursue based on the information obtained through our platform.

RxSaveZ provides medical second opinions through telehealth consultations with qualified specialists. Our platform offers:

• Access to multiple surgeons and specialists for video consultations.

• A dedicated Patient Relationship Manager (PRM) to guide you through the process.

• A personalized approach to your healthcare journey.

Limitations:

• Second opinions are based on the information you provide. Ensure that your medical records are complete and accurate.

• RxSaveZ does not issue prescriptions.

• Our services do not include medical emergencies or urgent care.

RxVaultz is an online service for storing and managing healthcare and medical records, set to launch in October 2024. By using this service, you agree to the collection and storage of your medical records. RxSaveZ will take all reasonable precautions to protect your data.

8. RxRewardz - Loyalty Program

RxRewardz is a loyalty program offering discounts on medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and nutraceutical products, launching in January 2025. Participation in this program is subject to additional terms and conditions, which will be made available upon launch.

All fees for RxSaveZ's Services must be paid in advance. We use third-party payment gateways for online transactions. Any refunds or cancellations are governed by the following:

• Cancellation by User:

• Before the scheduled appointment time, you will receive a full refund of the consultation fees (excluding convenience fees).

• After the scheduled appointment time, no refunds will be provided.

• Cancellation by RxSaveZ:

• If an appointment is canceled due to the unavailability of a doctor, you will receive a full refund of the consultation fees and convenience fees.

Refunds are processed within 7 working days and are subject to the payment terms of the third-party payment gateway.

As a user of RxSaveZ, you are responsible for:

• Keeping your account credentials confidential.

• Providing accurate and up-to-date personal and medical information.

• Ensuring that you use the Services for lawful and non-commercial purposes.

RxSaveZ's liability for any claims arising from the use of our Services is limited to the amount paid by you for the Services. RxSaveZ is not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services.
